What is Kid Kiosk and how do I set it up?

Kiosk mode turns any tablet into a locked family board: kids can check off their tasks, and nothing else. Set a parent password in the app, then enter kiosk mode — leaving it requires that password, and the board returns to the home view on its own.

Do I need a special tablet?

No. HearthBoard runs on the devices you already own — mount a spare phone or tablet in the kitchen, or use it on the go. There's no proprietary hardware to buy.

How do I add family members and kids?

Open your family in the app and add members. Child profiles are created and managed by you — kids don't need their own accounts, devices, or sign-ins.

How do points and rewards work?

Give a task or event a point value, and kids earn those points by completing it. They can track their balance and spend points on rewards you set up.

What is the daily report?

The daily report is a per-child summary of what's done, what's remaining, and points earned, over a 24-hour window you choose.

Which platforms are supported?

HearthBoard works on iPhone, Android, tablet, and the web.

How do I sign in?

You can sign in with an email and password, with Google, or with Apple.

How do I get a refund?

HearthBoard has a 14-day money-back guarantee. Email support@appstackly.com within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund.

How do I delete my account and data?

You can delete your account and your family's data from the app (Settings → Delete account), or email us and we'll take care of it.
